New Zealand General Manager Recruitment industry A rare chance to secure one of the top positions in the New Zealand recruitment market, managing the breadth and depth of this region¡¯s business. The key emphasis will be on growth, derived from a number of avenues, across multiple sectors. Your challenge will be to define, then implement the regional strategy, whilst overseeing the smooth running of the day to day business. Previous experience in strategic planning will assist you to identify growth potential across the service lines. You will draw on your experience of managing multiple branches and/or service delivery models. Reaching across the full range from temporary to executive will require you to demonstrate a high degree of personal adaptability and natural curiosity. Full P&L, GP and productivity responsibility, means a strong grasp of business management and analysis is vital. As the ¡°face¡± of the business, you will also be a confident business developer and public presenter, with excellent written and verbal skills.
Ideally based in Wellington, there could be some flexibility to be located in Auckland and naturally there will be a requirement to travel. A package is being offered that is commensurate with the level of role responsibility. Future international opportunities and leadership development abound.
