We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant with results and personality that speak for themselves! Join our executive team and take responsibility for recruiting within the retail fashion and homewares sector. A retail guru you¡¯ll be right at home recruiting Multi-site Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Buyers, Category Managers, Merchandise Managers, General Managers and more.
In this role you will utilise your strong sales drive and effective communication and negotiation skills. It is imperative you are passionate and have an innate empathy with people and the ability to communicate with all levels of an organisation from Regional Managers through to HR and CEO level. You work best when busy in your current role and that won¡¯t change if you join this fast paced business - you will often have several priorities on the go and your administration and organisational skills will mean you handle this well! Whilst we have many key clients there is room for further development in this sector so a proactive and results orientated approach is a must.
