This company is going through a period of rapid growth and expansion and is currently seeking a capable learning & development professional to build capability within the business. Leadership development is a core focus for the organisation and as the sole L&D specialist within the business you will be responsible for driving learning strategies and rolling out new programmes.
As part of a close-knit HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's human capital is developed to its full potential. Working across all levels of the company, you will provide consultation and development advice, conduct needs analysis and be proactive in coming up with solutions. Facilitating small to large workshops will form part of your remit, as will managing provider relationships.
With a minimum of four years experience in a learning and development environment you will have strong project management skills and possess the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. A natural facilitator, you will take a proactive, professional approach and possess proven ability in adult training delivery within a fast-paced but friendly environment.
