Training Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced training professional to make their mark in this well known organisation.
There is huge scope in this role for you to develop your skills and bring your contemporary training ideas to the business. You will be doing everything from generating training initiatives and objectives, designing materials and delivering sessions, to driving the transfer of learning into business results.
We are searching for someone with genuine interest in a Learning & Development career. Someone who is ready for the broad scope this role will provide, within a discrete and supportive business segment.
You¡¯ll have excellent and concise communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships and influence across the business. Reporting to the L&D Manager in NZ, you¡¯ll be working with staff at all levels and consulting continuously with internal clients so a confident approach is vital.
Experience is a must and a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable. You don¡¯t need all the answers, but you certainly need the ability to work it out!
