Job Description Acquos Masterbatch operates in Australia and New Zealand manufacturing a range of products for the plastics industry. An opportunity exists for a mature minded and experienced administration assistant for a 6 month part-time contract at our Avondale site. This is a role for an all-rounder working in a small office where you will be involved in a variety of tasks including: Answering incoming calls in a professional manner Greeting visitors to the site Assisting with accounts related tasks Data entry General office tasks e.g., filing, faxing, photocopying etc Customer service support General administrative support to the Sales team and Site Manager as required We are seeking an enthusiastic all rounder with good communication skills who is well organised and shows attention to detail. You will demonstrate flexibility and be a team player who is willing to assist in all areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is extremely desirable, as is excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. A career history showing stability and experience in a role similar to the one above would be ideal. Hours 9.30 am - 3.30 pm Monday to Friday A competitive salary will be discussed at interview.
