Property Manager
PlaceMakers is a joint venture business that partners 46 independent operators and employs approximately 2700 staff across 56 locations. Each business partner owns 50% of their branch, and these range in size from $2.8 to $70m turnover. The branches have a strong trade focus, servicing customers through retail stores and direct deliveries to site and also incorporate small manufacturing units for frame, truss and other wood products.
This is a key role in the busy property division based at the Placemaker’s National Office in Mt Wellington.
This is a senior, autonomous role for an experienced Property Manager. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as solid relationships will need to be maintained with our partners.
Key responsibilities within the role include lease management; renewals and re-negotiations; rent reviews; outgoings audits, and management of property systems. The person we are seeking is degree qualified with proven experience in commercial property management.
