With property assets in excess of $500 million, Manukau City Council has a significant role to play in shaping the physical future of the region. The strategy, development and management of these assets are the responsibility of Council¡¯s property group. As manager for Council¡¯s property group, you will have responsibility for over 40 staff, significant capital and operational budgets, and will play a key role in developing the future strategy.
We seek candidates with significant commercial management experience and an understanding of commercial property management and development. Strategic nous, strong people leadership skills, and a strong commercial focus are essential.
