This position involves uncovering and securing key sites for their retail operations.
Essential to the success of this role - will be:
* highly developed communication skills,
* strong negotiation and relationship building

* Ability to interpret legal documents, site
and construction plans,
* Deal with Town Planning,
* Able to demonstrate a strong understanding
