Property Officer- Permanent or Contract Role
Not scared of responsibility and enjoy tangible results?
Have you office management experience and exposure to property management?
This role is guaranteed to keep you on your toes!
You will act as 2IC to the Property Manager but take direct responsibility of running the office, managing workload and staff. You will have earned your stripes and have a strong understanding of property management although not necessarily at management level. Your across the board administration skills will be second to none and you will enjoy and excel at building solid relationships. To make it in this role you will be positive, collaborative and just an all round star!
Contribute to achieving a true commercial return on this organisations property portfolio and make tracks within this organisation!
