Horticultural Apprenticeship
We are seeking a person with a passion for horticulture to undertake an apprenticeship in horticulture at the Auckland Botanic Gardens. This is an opportunity to gain a National Certificate in Horticulture (level 4) while working in paid employment with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team. The period of employment will be for up to three years with no guarantee of employment after this date.
In this role, you will assist our expert gardening team with the general maintenance of the Botanic Gardens, as well as with more specialised plant care.
If you are a practical person with a passion for plants, who doesnĄ¯t mind mucking in and is seeking a career in horticulture, then this is the job for you.
