Position: System Implementer
Location: Office at Greenlane but predominantly at Clients' premises
Responsible To: Managing Director
Purpose: To ensure successful implementation of new hardware/software and happy productive customers
Nature & Scope: Responsible for all aspects of ordering, implementation and training once a client has bought

This is not the Sales job! This is the person who, once the sale is made, makes it work for all parties. Obviously you're not going to turn away potential sales but your main focus is successful implementation.

What do you need to make this job work for you? Firstly your spoken English must be clearly understood and your Drivers' Licence must be clear of convictions. You should have skills and experience with:
PC & server hardware
Accounting software
Windows Professional and Windows servers
MS Exchange
Backup hardware & software
Routers & firewalls
Enabling remote access
You don't have to be fully MCSE qualified but it would help. Part qualified is fine.
