Atlantech
Technical Support Engineer
We are an innovative, boutique IT Products and Services company, based in central Auckland.
We are seeking an individual with a reputation for getting things done; someone who has a flair for using their technical knowledge and support skills to help support and even create new sales & business opportunities. Someone who puts their customers first, thinks like a customer, and can help develop technical solutions that help improve their business.
You will work within our Engineering team on technical project work and systems support day-to-day. You will also work alongside our CEO, visiting existing and new clients, devising new technical solutions and opportunities that meet their needs.
In addition to a strong technical background, preferably Microsoft & IBM, this role also requires someone with a good command of the english language, oral and written.
We prefer a tertiary qualification and you should be MCSE or very close to achieving this milestone.
A current drivers license is essential; carparking is provided and you will be reimbursed for use of your private vehicle.
This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to extend their technical knowledge and support experience and get more involved in technical pre-sales.
