Service Desk Team Leader Can you successfully influence others and help them reach their potential?
You will be looking after a small helpdesk/service desk team that is the first point of service for IT issues for a (very) large group of users. Can you imagine the challenges this team are facing? So that's where you come in with your ability to advise them on technical issues that might occur
This is not a hands-on position, but to be able to lead this team you will need to have experience working in a MS/Unix environment and be familiar with variety of network operating systems. Your knowledge of HP service desk technologies, server and storage technologies would be a bonus.
