Description |

This role, will suit someone from a draughting or building background, who is after a change in their professional career.
You will be processing and inspecting residential building projects, mostly in East Auckland. A thorough understanding of plans, building and design and the residential industry is required. A good working knowledge of the Building Act 2004 and the NZ Building Code is essential.
