Site Supervisor
OCS is one of New Zealand¡¯s largest cleaning and property support service companies with 26 branches and 4000 staff nationwide. Our clients include District Health Boards, Private Hospitals, government organisations, airports, and more.
As Supervisor, you¡¯ll manage a team of cleaning staff in the health sector across Auckland.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Liaising with clients to build strong relationships
Recruiting, training and motivating a team of cleaning staff
Staff rosters and organising relief coverage
Quality assurance inspections and customer satisfaction surveys
You will be a people person, able to communicate with people at all levels. You will also be a confident multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast paced environment where no one day is the same.
Because the role is very hands on, (including filling in for staff when necessary), prior experience in the cleaning industry is highly desirable. Some work outside normal hours will be required from time to time however there¡¯s also considerable scope to organise your own day to allow for flexi hours. A company car and cell phone will be provided.
Remuneration will comprise an hourly rate plus company fuel card.
You will need a full valid drivers licence for this position. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. If you are not a New Zealand citizen, you must have permanent residency, or a valid work permit.
