Senior Residential Estimator

This large building Company caters for the booming residential sector as well as the demanding Commercial and Industrial sectors.
Their expansion plans now require the services of a formally qualified and experienced Senior Estimator to join their professional team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• The preparation of accurate and timely estimates and cost plans
• Ensure company standards and budgets are maintained during the construction phase across a wide array of building sites
• Facilitation of the ordering of all materials for construction
• Preparation of purchase orders including scope of works
• Participation in the determination of construction processes
• Generation of competitive advantages in preparation and reporting to the Construction Manager and Director
The person:
• Experience in residential estimating / cost scheduling is essential
• Experience using Databuild is desirable but not essential
• You need to be a goal orientated, self motivated professional person with a willingness to become an integral part of a busy team
• You will have outstanding communication skills, organisational and planning abilities and thrive in a busy environment
