Description |
Farrow Jamieson
Regional Management Contracting – North Island The key aspects of the role are to grow the business several fold, including the establishment of new branches, while at the same time ensuring excellent service delivery. KPI¡¯s will include customer confidence, revenue growth, profit, safety and staff satisfaction. The role will be largely autonomous and offers a future career path within the company.
Preferably candidates will come with a track record of senior roles within a contracting background preferably with experience in managing multi-site operations. Candidates will need to show commercial ability, growth of business through developing strong client relationships and understanding of business drivers, leadership of change and improved performance of staff and direct reports. A tertiary qualification is essential.
The client is a large broadly based contracting company with an impressive growth and profit history. Its major clients are local authorities and commercial companies. Its North Island operations currently comprise three branches and 160 staff and a turnover of $25m.
