Description |
New Zealand Family Planning National Office
FPA National Communications Advisor • Media issues and management focus • Work with real people and real stories 30 hours per week working closely with the Executive Director and Senior Management Team.
The Family Planning Association of New Zealand (FPA) is a leading national not-for-profit organization and independent service provider with a commitment to delivering quality sexual and reproductive health services.
We are seeking a Communications Advisor who has experience in managing media relations, advocacy and communications, both externally and internally. The role is 30 hours per week working closely with the Executive Director and Senior Management Team.
The successful applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement, strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships and to respond in a timely way to a wide range of inquiries. You will be responsible for producing a variety of publications, and communicating through a range of media. A relevant tertiary qualification, is preferred.
