Transactional Relationship Manager
Based: Auckland Reference number: AUC01199
The Westpac Specialist Sales team are the market leaders in providing expert Specialist transactional products to businesses in New Zealand. Your role will be to manage a portfolio of high value top tier customers, plus sell to an agreed list of target customers.
You will ensure a continuation of the highest levels of service to Westpac¡¯s Business, Corporate and Institutional banking customers, through the co-ordinated delivery of advice and products to our most valued customers
The key responsibilities include:
• Sell and support Westpac¡¯s core suite of specialist payment-related products to a portfolio of customers • Analyse customers¡¯ individual requirements to identify opportunities to add value and offer smarter solutions transactional banking solutions • Identify and solve customers¡¯ transactional problems to deliver quality customer service • Prepare sales proposals for potential new customers with specific transactional requirements • Achieve agreed financial objectives and giving high priority to customer satisfaction - consistent with Westpac¡¯s ¡°ASK ONCE¡± approach
The successful candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge in Transaction Business. You will enjoy interpreting and understanding complex customer requirements and bring a clear business focus to these needs, while developing appropriate customer focussed solutions.
