Brokers Assistant
Working closely with the lending team you¡¯ll be responsible for accurate data entry of residential mortgage loan applications, carrying out relevant pre-screening of the applications and gathering any necessary information required for the Underwriters to assess, as well as ensuring new loans are within the company¡¯s lending criteria before settlement.
You will be a fantastic communicator and be confident in building and maintaining relationships with external mortgage brokers, Solicitors and Valuers. You¡¯ll have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will have worked within the mortgage sector or maybe in a legal environment with a keen interest to progress into this area.
