Business Service Manager

Do you want to help New Zealand businesses grow?
Business Service Managers manage business and trade inquiries across all sectors. These roles also manage the relationship between NZTE and individuals and businesses.
They play pivotal roles in providing business development advice and diagnostics, and matching client needs with NZTE's services.
The appointee will have the following attributes:
Full understanding of the breadth of services and assistance that are available through NZTE's on and offshore network
Ability to communicate effectively with enquirers from diverse sectors and backgrounds
Proven relationship management skills, facilitation and influencing skills
Excellent customer service skills - encompassing high self motivation, ability to build rapport quickly, active listening skills, good phone manner, ability to quickly analyse critical needs, time management skills.
