Working as part of a business transformation programme, you¡¯ll be the lead for developing, championing and delivering organisational capability.
Our client is committed to achieving their e-delivery excellence ideal and to do this they are implementing a major business transformation programme. Having the organisational capability to operate in the electronic world is seen as critical to this business transformation. They are therefore seeking an outstanding Capability Development Manager to develop the strategies, provide the leadership and manage the implementation.
This role requires experience in organisational design and culture change, excellent relationship management, communications and negotiation skills. You¡¯ll also need the skills and experience to operate at strategic and implementation levels and to be e-literate.
This is a fixed term contract based in Wellington.
