HR Manager Influence the Business Variety and Challenge Are you keen to work in a large organisation that is regarded as a good employer and who believes the HR function is crucial to moving the organisation forward? With the backing of a CEO committed to raising the profile of HR you will be able to influence the organisation and work alongside the senior management team to develop an HR strategy.
Leading a team of six you will manage development projects and day to day operations. Reporting to a general manager who encourages your involvement across the business you will demonstrate:
