Are you keen to work in a large organisation that is regarded as a good employer and who believes the HR function is crucial to moving the organisation forward?
With the backing of a CEO committed to raising the profile of HR you will be able to influence the organisation and work alongside the senior management team to develop an HR strategy.
Leading a team of six you will manage development projects and day to day operations. Reporting to a general manager who encourages your involvement across the business you will demonstrate:
Breadth and depth in best practise HR
Ability to provide sound and timely advice
Knowledge of organisational development
Understanding of remuneration and experience with pay roll
Proven success in managing industrial and employee relations issues
And a sense of humour
