Helpdesk Analysts Needed on the Sunny Kapiti Coast! Our successful global vendor is currently seeking several Level 1 Helpdesk Analysts for their expanding team where you will provide telephone-based support to customers around the country.
To be successful, you will have a good working knowledge of MS Office/Desktop tools and applications and ideally have previous experience in an IT support and/or customer service role. In addition, you must have excellent communication skills, show strong attention to detail, focus on providing excellent customer service and have a positive and enthusiastic personality! If you don't have previous IT helpdesk experience then an IT-related degree and previous call centre/contact centre experience will be beneficial.
You will be working within a great team, you will be able to work flexible hours and will ideally possess a current driver licence.
