About the Role
The Platform Services Manager is responsible for developing and supporting Arc¡¯s AMM platform and business systems and for providing support for both Operational and business systems, irrespective of the business model under which they are delivered.
In addition, s/he will develop and implement strategies for the delivery of AMM systems for each customer taking into consideration the different business models for delivery in conjunction with the Business Integration Manager.
Full ownership for the management of the IT support team to ensure that critical systems are always available and have robust disaster recovery capabilities, lies with this role.
The Position:
It is critical that this person provide expert knowledge of IT systems to the Technology team to enable a coherent technology platform to be built. In addition to managing key-stakeholder relationships, especially with the Commercial Delivery team, it is imperative to ensure their full understanding of programme parameters and services that are being delivered; that appropriate levels of redundancy, capacity and performance are provided by the ITC infrastructure in line with contractual arrangements in support of deployment activities.
The Requirements:
Degree or formal qualification in Computer Science, Business or other related area
Significant experience in managing ITC infrastructure
Significant experience in managing a technical support and service delivery team
