Description |
Auckland Regional Council
Contract Management Officer
ARTA is responsible for developing and operating public transport services for the Auckland region and requires a customer focused person to manage the delivery, under contract, of passenger transport services (bus and ferry) for the Auckland region.
The person suitable for this role will be a team player with experience in the delivery of contracted services and will need to implement a continuous improvement regime with a strong focus on customer service.
Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships will achieve the outcomes – interaction will be with both external stakeholders, and internally throughout the organisation. Previous experience in the management of contracts will be highly regarded.
As we are recruiting for two positions we would be interested in hearing from recent graduates who are prepared to grow into the role as well as experienced contract managers.
