Fullers Group is the leading marine transportation and tourism company operating throughout the Hauraki Gulf. We are currently searching for Masters and Engineers, in both full-time and part-time capacities to work onboard a variety of vessels.
Master Working in the capacity of Master, your duties involve managing the crew and overseeing the care and safe navigation of the vessel. Ideally, you will be dual ticketed with a New Zealand Offshore Watchkeeper and a Marine Engineer Class 5 qualification.
Marine Engineer As Marine Engineer your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safe and efficient running of the vessel¡¯s power units (mechanical and electrical) and its maintenance while in operation. A Marine Engineer Class 4 or higher qualification is essential.
Both prospective Engineers & Masters will have proven performance operating high speed vessels. It would also be advantageous if you hold the following certificates: Restricted Radio Telephone Operators, Restricted Radar Operators, Proficiency in Survival Craft and a current First Aid Certificate.
Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service, have a positive attitude and a high standard of presentation. Fullers is a seven day a week operation requiring you to be able to work any five of the seven days of the week on a rotational roster basis.
