Description |
RETAILWORLD RESOURCING
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
Can you manage builders and contractors?
Join this national business, with a strong reputation and grand plans for growth and expansion, this position is right at the heart of these plans as you will be responsible for managing the entire project of opening new stores or the refit of existing stores. From the planning phase, designing footprints for A,B,C and D store roll outs, through to going on site and overseeing the construction, you will be in the middle of things right the way through!
Using your background in store refits, you will be comfortable
Coordinating a range of contractors
Developing plans for future store set up
Creating merchandising principles
It is envisioned that you will be onsite across the North Island from six to ten weeks at a time, so flexibility is a must. The legal and lease issues are taken care of for you, so you can focus on delivering the entire project on time and under budget.
