Are you a great leader with a passion for delivering?
We¡¯re passionate about delivering significant business benefits to New Zealand Post utilising six sigma methodologies. We¡¯re looking for an experienced Black Belt to join our Business Improvement team in Auckland.
Your prime responsibility will be to deliver on projects that support revenue growth or improve our processes delivering tangible benefits, as well as building capability throughout the business through knowledge sharing and coaching.
While analytical nous is important, your excellent leadership and mentoring skills will be without question. Your proven success in delivering financial benefits in previous roles will demonstrate your understanding of key business drivers and the link between quality initiatives, the customer and business outcomes. Your exposure to sales and marketing coupled with your strong interpersonal skills, drive for results and demonstrated ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation will really enable you to make your mark.
