Lecturer-Senior Lecturer Occupational Therapy Faculty of Health & Environmental Sciences
Are you a registered occupational therapist with advanced knowledge and skills?
AUT University¡¯s Division of Rehabilitation and Occupation Studies seeks two full-time Lecturers or Senior Lecturers for the School of Occupational Therapy, to start in January 2007.
We require experienced practitioners with a practising certificate. You will be expected to contribute to the teaching and research culture of the School, with a particular emphasis on the vital link between professional practice and education.
You will have a commitment to advancing the profession and will be seeking to develop an academic career in scholarship and research. You will hold a Masters degree or be working towards a relevant postgraduate qualification and have knowledge of occupational science and contemporary occupational therapy practice.
Key responsibilities for both roles include teaching and assessing undergraduate student competence and there will be scope for teaching and supervising students at the post graduate level.
Ref: 3788 This position is fixed term for three years and will require knowledge and experience in occupational therapy physical and/or neuro-rehabilitation.
Ref: 3789 This position is a permanent position and will require knowledge and experience in occupational therapy psychosocial and/or mental health practice including group work.
Salary range on offer: $52,837 – $77,169 per annum
