An opportunity has arisen for a full-time highly skilled leader to manage and lead the Educational Development Centre. The Educational Development Centre is responsible for leading the Polytechnics Strategies in Learning and Teaching, supporting staff and programme development, supporting the pursuit of teaching excellence and leading innovative and future oriented course development activities including flexible delivery.
You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for educational development at Otago Polytechnic, implementing innovative development strategies which support the Polytechnic¡¯s strategic development direction, thereby creating a variety of opportunities to play an integral role in key Polytechnic activities.
You will be an assertive and flexible problem solver, with excellent people skills and a track record in academic leadership.
