The Electricity Commission is one of New Zealand’s key regulatory bodies and is at the forefront of the New Zealand electricity market. These exciting and challenging opportunities require candidates with well developed analytical skills and who are comfortable engaging with a range of technical specialists.
These new roles are in the Systems Operations, Wholesale, Transmission and Retail Groups and require candidates who have specific prior sector experience likely to be in technical and analytical positions.
You will be; providing general, technical and analytical operational assistance with work-streams including policy development, drafting and reviewing submissions and proving high quality advice and interpretation of compliance matters.
We are looking for applicants who have a positive work attitude, a high level of initiative, and are strong team players. Ideally you should have a tertiary qualification in operations research, economics, science, engineering or similar.
