We have significant established long term contracts with the District Councils of Papakura, Thames Coromandel, Ruapehu and Wellington and have recently won a fifth contract with Waitomo District Council.
Health and Safety Opportunity
As a result of the continued growth and success of our New Zealand business, an exciting new opportunity has arisen with our NZ corporate team based in Papakura.
Business Systems Coordinator
The purpose of the role is to administrate and control the United Water business systems for Health and Safety, Environment and Quality for New Zealand Operations, and to act as an advisor in these areas for NZ management and staff.
Key responsibilities for the role include leading the development of our Health and Safety culture and managing the company's responsibilities in Quality and Environmental management, to meet our ISO 9001 / 14001 accreditation standards.
The ideal candidate will have an appropriate tertiary qualification in Health and Safety management. Professional advisory experience of at least two years is essential, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors. You will need to have excellent team working, communication and influencing skills, and maintain high standards of health and safety leadership. A full driving license is essential.
