Performance Quality Advisor กค National role กค Be the voice of quality
This role has responsibility for ensuring that a high level of quality is achieved across the Auckland and Wellington Contact Centres. You will oversee the quality programme which includes call quality, file quality, correspondence and some audit functions. You will need to provide first-rate advice to managers and provide meaningful information to allow them to make improvements to business performance.
You will be responsible for the continued development of the Quality framework and will have a sound understanding of Quality methodologies and best practice.
Systems are in place to record data and you will take a proactive approach in analysing this and identifying areas that can be improved. This is a great opportunity to take on a role where you will build relationships at all levels and ensure quality has a high level of visibility in the organisation.
You will have a strong enthusiasm for performance quality and the confidence to stand up and promote it. Strong excel skills are required as well as a high level of self-motivation.
