As they continue to maximise the opportunities available in a virtual environment they are seeking to develop within their Takapuna based Call Centre more Customer Service Representatives with strong communication skills and a passion for outstanding customer service.
You will be educating and providing assistance to a diverse range of customers over the phone. This role involves helping everyday New Zealander's. It will involve working with complex information and communicating it back to customers in a way they can understand.
You will receive a competitive salary based on your experience, four weeks annual leave and the business is shut between Christmas and New Years.
It is essential that you have top notch communication skills and are a clear and confident communicator. The successful candidates will have excellent listening skills and pay careful attention to detail. You will have had experience dealing with a wide variety of customers.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate excellent problem solving and negotiation skills and enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment. It is also essential that you have excellent listening skills and pay close attention to detail.
