CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST (0.7FTE)
SOUTH COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH TEAM
MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
The work involves direct assessment and treatment of clients referred within the Wellington area as therapist, and as a multi-disciplinary team member.
The ideal applicant will have, a masters degree (Clinical Psychology) and a post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology or equivalent, be registered with the NZ Board of Psychologists and hold a current practising certificate.
Experience as a clinical psychologist within mental health services, and skills with assessment and management of risk, and ability to deal with crises. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills are essential.
