You¡¯ll be responsible for proactively driving Quality Compliance within Baxter's Aseptic Compounding Facility - the largest in NZ. This encompasses product and process development in compliance with code of GMP and NZ standards. Working in conjunction with the Australasian GMP Coordinator you¡¯ll caoch a large team of production professionals in delivering production best practise. You blend professional expertise with great people skills allowing you to continuously improve production performance.
