SENIOR PHARMACIST MEDICATION SAFETY
TWO FIXED TERM POSTIONS (OCT 06 – JUN 07)
The Department of Pharmacy is looking for two highly motivated, innovative and experienced pharmacists to work in the area of medication safety. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast growing field, leading medication safety initiatives to implement safe practices within healthcare.
To succeed in this role you will have strong problem solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to influence change. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work consistently to deadlines/targets. Ideally we are looking for candidates who have previous experience in audit, data analysis and project work.
The successful applicants will have relevant clinical pharmacy experience (including a minimum of three years hospital practice), the ability to lead and motivate staff, whilst showing drive, enthusiasm and initiative. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. A postgraduate clinical qualification is desirable.
