Fulltime Position
The SCENIC CIRCLE FINO CASEMENTI ALL SUITE HOTEL, boasts the newly refurbished Fino Café, which is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The licensed café offers a la carte dining and an extensive range of counter selections.
We have an opportunity for a motivated individual who has a flair and passion for food, to take responsibility for our inner-city café. All applicants must possess knowledge of maintaining kitchen operations to a budget whilst being available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
The applicant must have the ability to design and develop a variety of menus, and maintain high standards in all aspects of the kitchen operation including purchasing of supplies and stocktaking. The position would be best suited to an intermediate chef looking to take that next exciting step in their career.
