CBD Location. Newly created position for experienced HR Generalist within professional international corporate leader. Hands on position providing a wide range of HR functions at all levels.
Our client, based in fabulous offices in downtown Auckland CBD, is an international leader. Due to growth, they are seeking an HR Generalist to join their organisation to provide a range HR support to the management team and company across their two offices.
Reporting to the MD and liaising with the HR Team in Australia, this is an autonomous HR position requiring an HR Generalist with Senior Advisor experience ready to take that next step. Ideally you will possess 3-5 year minimum Advisor experience, be tertiary qualified and possess solid HR legislation and compliance experience.
Responsibilities will include recruitment and selection, induction, remuneration reviews, training & development, providing HR advice and legislation to ensure compliance, career succession planning, process and policy development and maintenance together with performance management and providing intergral support to management and staff.
This an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced HR Generalist who is able to work collaborately with managers and at the same time has the ability to work independently and develop the role to it's true potential by adding value to the organisation, its' managers and employees. This is very much a hands-on role where you will be rolling up your sleeves and participating in every aspect of human resources adding a positive approach while driving forward HR initiatives.
