Human Resources Manager Sole Charge Role Key Member Of The Management Team
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Professional to take a step up into a sole charge management position. The company is a respected global business and the position has responsibility for three separate business units. Staff total approximately 220.
You will join the Management Team and will play a key role in providing specialist advice and services to line managers. You will work at a strategic and operational level across all areas of the business including manufacturing. Reporting to the Group HR Manager ANZ, you will also participate in global initiatives and will work closely with the Australian based HR Team.
The role will suit an experienced HR professional with a generalist background in the commercial sector and the following skills:
A tertiary qualification together with a broad range of experience including IR and ideally exposure to working offshore. An approachable style, combined with sound communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes. A ˇ°hands onˇ± approach together with an ability to operate at a strategic level. A flair for planning, together with sound IT and reporting skills.
