Reporting to the Service and Development Manager within this travel insurance department, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, mentoring and operational management of your team.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
Proven leadership experience within a customer services environment
Sound understanding of call centre methodologies
Travel and/or insurance experience
Aptitude to continuously identify and implement ongoing process improvements
Excellent communication skills
