Team Leader Our client, a market leader in the insurance industry, are seeking an experienced leader to coach and develop this team of customer service and administration professionals.
Managing a team of up to 12 staff, you will have a real passion for coaching and developing your people and enjoy being a part of their ongoing success.
The ideal candidate will place a large emphasis on actively engaging their team in process improvement initiatives and ensuring their involvement in the ongoing success of the wider organisation.
To be successful in this role you will be goal focused, forward thinking and committed to empowering staff.
Hours of work are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
