Madison Contact Centre
Salary: $32,000 - $35,000
Customer Service & Sales Reps.
9 month contract on offer - earn money just in time for Christmas

What we need from you....
Commitment to work from 6 November until early August 2007
Flexibility to work shifts (37.5 hrs per week) between 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday
Outstanding communication skills
The ability to pick things up quickly
Motivation & drive
Exceptional customer service skills
Intermediate computer skills
A positive, willing attitude
What will you be required to do?
Answering inbound calls from customers will be your main focus, in this busy call centre environment. You will assist with new customers, where you will provide insurance quotes, along with helping existing customers out with any enquires.
You will also have the ability to up sell and cross sell the wide range of products, whilst remaining friendly and professional at all times.
You will go through extensive training so you 'know your stuff' and you will also receive ongoing support in this great team environment.
We are ideally looking for customer service experience, whether it be in a call centre, retail environment or hospitality. Ideally you would have also had exposure to a sales environment - again in retail or call centre is great.
