Working in a leading organisation you will be Managing Business Analysts and Consultants and have a proven track record as a senior business analyst. You will have highly developed leadership qualities; perseverance, vision, consultation and astute financial management. You¡¯re adept at influencing senior management and are able to educate the business and clients on the value and importance of the BA function.
You will be leading a highly competent team of Business Analysts and be accountable for their outcomes. You will have previous experience of providing guidance and advice and have the ability to provide troubleshooting on challenging projects.
You will be advising on Business Analysis strategies and will draw on your experience to introduce leading Business Analysis/Consulting techniques.
