Job Description Inundated with calls, queries and complaints? Striving to reach KPI¡¯s and getting no rewards? Well look no further there is $$ every time you answer the phone. This famous finance company has ties with some of the best know retail brands in the business. Their contact centre is like no other with a bar and pool table in house and a vibe that can only be described as HIGH energy. Instead of taking 100+ calls a day you will have the luxury of taking just a 5th of that and tailoring financial solutions for your clientele. You will be generously rewarded for your efforts and with no fixed targets it is up to you to make the most of each call. Ideally you will have had a sales background in inbound or outbound sales or alternatively retail, door to door or survey experience. The main thing you will need to possess is clear communication skills, a passion for customer service and the ability to build and maintain relations ships. For that you can look forward to a base salary of $32 - $33K with the seriously realistic potential of making 60K OTE.
