Our Client is a mover and shaker in their industry; they have developed and managed one of the worlds leading expense management Internet applications. With an extensive corporate client base spanning the globe they have 3 successful offices in London, Melbourne and Auckland.
Our client is going from strength to strength and expanding within their Auckland Office. Currently they are in search of a Customer Solutions Advisor to join their young dynamic Help Desk team. This role gives you the opportunity to provide support and manage the support services to clients at a global level.
Our client is looking for someone with superior customer service skills and the ability to problem solve with exceptional follow through. This role requires a strong focus on quality and ownership with the ability to manage a global customer base. You will need to possess excellent communication skills- both written and oral, display a sense of initiative and be confident working with new software packages. This role is best suited to a person that enjoys working hard and working in a collaborative team environment.
In order to be successful in this role you will need experience working in a technical support role with a background dealing with clients at a corporate level. Relevant help desk experience is also vital. Experience working with support/customer service software packages in previous role a distinct advantage. This role will require on-call hours so a flexible attitude is essential.
