Are you a Help Desk Maestro?





This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company who develop leading edge business intelligence software for the media/advertising sector. The role will see you provide a high level of customer support to clients who use their software. You will also be providing training to new and existing users.

The successful candidate will:

be a good communicator
be able to pick up things quickly

have a great service orientation; and
be a good problem solver
have a proven track record in providing IT support in the software space

This opportunity would suit someone who has a background in software/application support either on a help desk or as part of a larger role. A technically competent customer service representative looking to move into IT would also be considered. Due to the phone based customer service aspect of this role, applicants must have clear spoken English.
