Helpdesk Operator


Fuelquip is an exciting and growing organisation – we can¡¯t do it without you!

We are seeking an experienced helpdesk operator for day/afternoon shifts within our 24 hour helpdesk environment servicing the New Zealand and Australian markets.

As an effective professional you will need to have:

Well developed analytical skills, collecting fault data from clients and assuming responsibility for implementing the solution.

Be able to demonstrate that you are conversant in DOS or OS/2 and or hold a relevant qualification in Desktop Support.

Clear communication skills and the ability to empathise with your customers

The ability to work within a team environment while taking responsibility for your own tasks.


While this role is initially located in Mirimar, Wellington, our offices will be relocating to Seaview in January 2007. Your first six months will be normal business hours and you will then need to be flexible to follow a four day on/three day off shift roster.
