You will have a background in resource management and experience with competency matrix and systems.
Manage the end-to-end resource management capability to enable the efficient allocation of IS resource capability
Capability and capacity planning and a sound knowledge of project lifecycles, methodologies, and tools will be a good start. Stakeholder management, relationship management and conflict resolution skills are all necessary components of a successful Resource Analyst. Good disciplines with project plans and record keeping are vital. This IS a negotiation role and as such, flexibility and empathy but strength of conviction will hold you in good stead.
You will need a sound understanding of Resource Management Systems (MPE) and the related TSC Front Door and Resource Allocation / Tracking processes and methodologies.
